99exch Privacy Statement
Short version: this is an information site. We do not run accounts, we do not take payments, and we collect very little.
What 99exchi.co.in leaves uncollected
No 99exch usernames. No 99exch passwords. No bank or UPI details. No documents. No payment information of any kind, because there is simply nothing on this 99exch site to pay for in the first place.
We have no login, no user accounts and no database of visitors. None at all. If you have never sent us a 99exch message, we hold nothing that identifies you.
Nobody from this site will ever ask for your 99exch password, an OTP, or remote access to your phone. If a message claims to be us and asks for any of those, it is not us.
What 99exch server logs collect
Standard server logs, the same as any website: IP address, browser type, the page requested, the time, and the referring page. These 99exch server logs exist for security and for understanding which pages are useful. They are not linked to a person. They cannot be.
Where analytics are used, they measure aggregate traffic — how many people read the 99exch login page, which 99exch pages get abandoned quickly. Not individuals.
Cookies
Two kinds of cookie can reach your browser from these 99exch pages. One kind is functional. The other comes from an analytics provider and only feeds aggregate counts. Ad-network cookies are not among them: no ad network runs here, so nothing of that sort gets set.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Nothing on this site stops working if you do — there is no login state to preserve.
If you message us
Messages sent over WhatsApp, Telegram or Instagram are held by those platforms under their own privacy policies. We keep a conversation only as long as it is useful for answering you.
Please do not send 99exch account credentials, screenshots of your 99exch balance, or payment details to us. We do not need them, we cannot act on them, and honestly we would rather they were not sitting in a chat thread where a stray forward could put your account in front of the wrong person.
Links out from this 99exch site
This 99exch site links out in a few places — to the 99exch sportsbook, to Telegram and Instagram, and to help organisations on the responsible gaming page. Once you follow any one of those links you have left this site entirely, you are on somebody else's property under their own privacy policy, and we have no control at all over what they choose to log, store or later share about the people who arrive there. Their rules apply. Not ours.
Children
This 99exch site is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18, and the 99exch content is not intended for them. Full stop.
Changes and questions
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Questions about privacy can go through the contact page.
