99exchi.co.in Terms of Use
Using this site means accepting what follows. It is short, and none of it is unusual.
What this site is
99exchi.co.in publishes information about the 99exch sports exchange. It is independent. We do not operate 99exch, do not issue IDs, do not hold funds and are not an agent of any desk.
Where we describe how something works — the login card, the ID process, deposit timings, the various 99exch domains — we are describing general practice. Details vary between desks and change over time.
Who may open a 99exch account
This 99exch site is for people aged 18 or over. Gambling law in India differs from one state to the next, and some states restrict or ban online betting entirely, which means an address that opens freely for a reader in one place may be off limits for a reader a few hundred kilometres away. Checking what applies where you live is your responsibility. Not ours.
When 99exch details here go out of date
We try to be accurate and we correct things when they are wrong — the 99exch red and green pages were rewritten after a reader pointed out that those are domains rather than colour themes.
Even so, nothing here is guaranteed to be current. Sportsbook addresses rotate, desk practices change, timings shift with demand. Treat this site as a guide and the 99exch desk that issued your 99exch ID as the authority on your own account.
Nothing on this site is financial advice, legal advice, or a prediction of any outcome. Betting involves risk of loss and there is no strategy on this site or anywhere else that removes it.
Your account is between you and the desk
Every 99exch ID, deposit, withdrawal and dispute is a matter between you and the desk that issued the account. We have no access to it and cannot intervene, reverse anything, or chase a payout on your behalf.
The same applies to money sent to a wrong handle, credentials shared with somebody else, or an account used by more than one person. Those outcomes sit with you.
External links
We link to the 99exch sportsbook and to third-party services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Follow a link and their terms apply, not ours.
Content on this site
The writing, page structure and images on 99exchi.co.in are ours. Quoting a short passage with a link back is fine. Copying pages wholesale is not.
The 99exch name and logo belong to their owner and are used here to identify what the site is about.
99exch liability and this site's limits
This 99exch site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for losses arising from use of the information here, from betting activity, or from any third-party site reached through a link. Use it with that in mind.
Changes
These terms may be updated, and the date at the top of the page will change when they are. Continued use of the site means accepting the current version.
